Light up letters hire
Any phrase, your age, new surname, we have it covered. Our giant light up letters and numbers will look amazing at any party!
Classic
All our letters and numbers are fitted with vintage-style E14 cabochon bulbs giving that perfect fairground glow and glamour. We also have a choice of warm white, orange, blue, red, pink, green, yellow or purple light-bulbs to really give you the look you’re after.
All are fitted with their own plug socket so we only need 1 plug socket at your venue to then daisy chain the rest. This mean NO UNSIGHTLY WIRES AND EXTENSIONS LEADS!!
Rustic-style
Our rustic style light up letters in ‘Mr & Mrs’ or ‘LOVE’. These are fantastic if you’re having a rustic or vintage styled wedding. Each letter stands 4ft tall using LED lamps for that added vintage glow. Handmade using reclaimed wood, they are a stunning visual feature for your wedding.

Frequently Asked Questions
How big are the illuminated letters?
The letters are 4ft tall and 2.2ft wide – They are wired separately so there is no unnecessary cables and all are PAT tested and meet BS certification. We supply an extension lead with every hire.
Can we have the letters in different colours?
The standard bulbs are clear with vintage cabochon caps, these set our letters apart from other companies as they give that vintage “fairground” look. You can have different coloured cabochon caps as required to fit in with your colour scheme.
How long is your hire period?
The letters are hired for 24hrs. If you require the letters for a longer period this must be agreed with a member of the team at Glamour Events Hire.
Where is the best position for the light up letters?
Usually close to a wall so the letters don’t get knocked over. We have manufactured our own light up letters to include an individual plug socket on each letter. This avoids unnecessary extension leads and extra cables. All wires are hidden behind a wooden board on each letter so very tidy.
What about the delivery & collection of the letters?
We deliver to the venue of your choice. The price of delivery & collection is included in the price of the hire of the letters within 30 mile radius of Chester CH1 postcode
Can the light up letters be used outside?
No, but they can be used in marquees with flooring and power supply.
What if I need to cancel?
The £50 deposit to confirm your booking is non-refundable if you have to cancel within three weeks of your celebration.
