Our tricycle and supply of local award-winning, delicious Cheshire Farm ice cream will refresh and delight your guests.
Working as partners for Cheshire Farm ice-cream we can offer a huge range of mouth-watering ice cream and sorbet flavours plus the extras like yummy fudge fingers or hundreds & thousands for toppings.
From large corporate functions to intimate garden parties we are sure to impress everyone with our gorgeous vintage purple tricycle with its cute parasol, flowers in its basket and pastel bunting and ivy to finish off its look.
Our ice cream is seriously delicious. It adds that extra special touch to your day with our exceptional service. Many guests say how our trike added the memorable touch they were looking for their special day or event.
You can choose from an extensive selection of ice cream flavours and sorbets but if your ‘special’ flavour is not on our menu we can arrange for it to be made especially for you!
Our packages are all-inclusive with no hidden extras.
All staff have their food & hygiene qualification and are covered with PLI.
Access to a 240V plug domestic supply socket is required. Space required: min 3m x 1m. Dependent upon the location we may need to charge a small mileage fee.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many Ice Cream flavours do you bring along?
Before each event, we send you the full menu choice. It’s your decision on what flavours we bring. The popular package for 1.5 hours serving time is 4 flavours.
Are you able to cater for guests with Food Allergies?
Our ice creams are suitable for vegetarians. We have a wide range of sorbets for those who are lactose intolerant. For wheat intolerance guests, we can supply ice cream tubs rather than cones, which contain whey. Our Ice Cream may contain traces of nuts. Cheshire Farm Ice Cream are extremely good at providing us with full allergen menus for each flavour.
How long is the Ice Cream Tricycle Service?
Our standard service runs for 1-2 hours. This allows time for plenty of enjoyment for you and your guests.
How easy it is to set up?
Very simple we only need 15 mins. We only need you to choose the flavours and let us have the details of your venue and your timings. We will do the rest, simply enjoy your day and eat lots of ice cream!
Wet weather plan
Our Ice Cream Cycle measures 6′ 11″ ft x 4 ft and is kept meticulously clean and highly polished. It can be moved inside with little or no warning. Generally, it will be covered with a 3-metre grey or purple parasol.
What types of events do you attend?
We are delighted to attend any social gathering from Weddings to Christenings, Birthday Parties to Anniversary Celebrations, Corporate, Office and Team Building Events to Garden Parties and School Fetes. We also attend Festivals, Concerts and Promotional Events. Virtually any type of indoor or outdoor event is suitable for the Glamour Events Trike.
Are you able to serve at our Wedding in the Hotel?
Yes, the tricycle can be served from indoors as long as we have a power socket and venues permission we are good to go.
Is there a maximum number of guests you can cater for?
Up to 300 guests for which we would need around 4 hours serving time.
Can you attend an event for people to buy their own ice creams from you or do you only do pre-paid packages?
Unfortunately, we only do pre-paid packages which is why we are able to keep our costs so low.
Do you have a food hygiene certificate?
Yes, each member of our serving staff is qualified in food hygiene level 3.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes.
