Our gorgeous retro-look phone is mounted to our classic, real, red telephone box. We have added gorgeous florals and a neon sign to make it even more luxurious-looking at your wedding.
An audio guestbook is the best way for guests to leave a personalised and unique message at a wedding, party, or event. It is an amazing alternative to the traditional guestbooks, providing lifelong memories from friends, loved ones, and colleagues.
Guests simply pickup the handset, and record a message after the beep. Once they have finished their message they hang up! Exactly the same process as leaving a voicemail.
How does the audio guestbook work?
- Your guests pick up the phone & listen to a pre-recorded message
- After the tone, your guests will leave you a message, sing you a song, or provide some words of wisdom
- Once finished, hang up & repeat
- After your wedding/event, we will send you all of the recordings for your keepsake, to cherish forever

Messages can be up to 8 minutes long: plenty of time to leave a heartfelt message you can play back for years.
All voice messages are downloaded as digital files and emailed to you within 48hrs of your wedding/event.

What is The Audio Guestbook?
The Audio Guestbook is an exciting new 2023 alternative to the traditional written guestbook. At your event, guests will pick up the phone, and leave a recorded message. Our team then downloads them all and sends them digitally so you can playback forever.
How does it work?

Can I add a custom greeting message for my guests?
Custom greeting messages are added via a simple web style admin interface. It accepts all popular audio file formats and recordings from phone apps such as WhatsApp.
Any message left on the phone can also be used as the greeting – we can travel to you to pre-record your message.
Does it require wi-fi?
No. It features its own built in WiFi network to allow setup and administration via a web style interface from any smart phone, iPad, laptop or similar.
Is there a limit on how many recordings the Audio Guest Book can hold?
Nope! The more, the better!
When will I receive my Audio Guest Book recordings?
Within 3 working days of your wedding/event.
How far will you travel?
We will deliver within a 60 mile radius of Chester (including Wrexham, Liverpool, Manchester & North Wales).
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, there will be a refundable deposit of £300 once The Audio Guestbook is returned safely to us. It’s very rare but accidents happen from time to time. From the moment of delivery, Glamour Events Hire reserve the right to charge you for any costs associated to replacing or repairing The Audio Guestbook that is lost, stolen or damaged.
